An agreement is formed when you place an order and we confirm it, or when you use our services. All agreements are subject to Dutch law and the provisions of the Civil Code.
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed without prior notice. Payment must be made according to the agreed terms.
Delivery takes place in the agreed manner and location. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute an essential obligation, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Ownership of delivered products transfers to the buyer after full payment of all amounts due.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the agreement. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits, unless there is intent or willful recklessness.
Care advice is given to the best of our knowledge and ability. We are not liable for damage to plants resulting from incorrect care by the customer, unless this is the result of incorrect advice on our part.
Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email within a reasonable period after discovery. We aim to handle complaints within 14 working days.
All rights regarding texts, images, and other materials on this website belong to Thiphroxfrex or rights holders. Use without permission is not allowed.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect after publication on this website.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
